Do you accommodate specific diets or allergies?

Yes. However it also depends on your allergies/restrictions.

When you first sign-up for our service we ask you to fill out a form with details on the types of ingredients you don’t (or can’t) eat. These cover the larger allergens like eggs, fish, nuts and legumes, etc. We then use that information to filter out meals containing those ingredients from your weekly order.

Every one of our meals is free of dairy, gluten, soy, nuts, GMO, hormones, antibiotics, and preservatives. All our meats are organic and grass-fed and our produce is organically grown.

If you have a sensitivity to any of those ingredients, you’re golden.

If you suffer from another autoimmune condition (like Crohn’s Disease) and are changing your diet accordingly, our food should work for you in most cases. But again, we can’t guarantee any results and we are not a certified gluten free kitchen.


Are your meals frozen?

Our meals are always fresh. If you need to, you can freeze meals to eat later in the week.


Where and when do you deliver?

We deliver Tuesdays and Fridays, but delivery days may be limited by your location.

Pin pointing the exact time can be tricky — it depends on the new and exsiting customer and local traffic. Expect your meals to arrive between 6-10pm local time. Most likely you will have you meals sooner than later.


Are your meals organic?

Yes. We work with local organic farmers who supply our organic/grass-fed beef and organic produce.
