start achieving your goals
It usually takes about 90 day (12 weeks) to see noticeable results in your physique and health with any program. Your body really doesn’t want to make any changes since it’s used to staying at a certain “set point” of body fat and it needs to be shocked in order to start changing. Once you get 4-5 weeks into your program and you are really putting forth the effort and sticking with your meal plan, you will start seeing slight changes.
