Fran's Kitchen paleo program has been our main and most popular program since we started. Our clients who use this program love it because it is the simplist way to eat healthy, achieve your personal health goals or simply just to enjoy the convenience of our delicious meals.
The paleo program is one of two of the best "meal programs" out. The paleo diet is a high fat, moderate in animal protein and low to moderate in carbohydrates. Calorie counting is generally not encouraged, neither is portion control. The best meal program out is the Keto Program.
The Paleo Plus Program is an option for clients who are athletes or serious about their training. These meals are still paleo however they are larger portion sizes and more calories per meal to sustain a more intense fitness regimen.
This is a program that isn't just a diet, its a lifestyle! This program is customized meal plan with a chefs table style menu. Our executive chef, chooses, prepares and presents a series of gourmet dishes.
- Customizable: adjustable macronutrients, can reflect most dietary approaches and restrictions (gluten free, dairy free, paleo style, keto, and more)

The Paleo Program allows you to choose 5-21 meals per week with the option of adding snacks. We have custom meal delivery plans starting at $28.98 per day. Contact one of our dedicated nutritional coaches today and determine which meal plan (Classic 21 meals, Mini-Classic 15 meals, Tailored Meal Plan 5-14 meals per week) is best for you. *When tailoring a meal plan there is a min order of $24.99 per day.
