The Ketones diet is one of the most restrictive diets, but it is possible to pull it off while maintaining you sanity. To implement the diet correctly, you must be willing to follow very specific rules, such as limit total carbohydrates, moderate protein, lots of vegetables, and more. Your body need to stay in ketosis for max results.

Ketosis is a natural process the body initiates to help us survive when food intake is low. During this state, our bodies produce "ketones", which are produced from the breakdown of fats in the liver. The main goal of a properly maintained keto diet is to force your body into this metabolic state. Keto has a very strict protocol that limits the amount of food you can eat along with the types of food. 

  • Customizable: This meal plan isn't customizable.
  • Intentional: requires a committed mindset and disciplined approach for a the max results and benefits.
  • Ingredients list:
    •     Protein: organic/grass feed, no hormones, antibiotics, nitrates or GMOs
    •     Fish: wild caught
    •     Produce: organic
  • Portion sizes: fixed portions based on personal profile
 

MEAL PLANS AND PRICING 

The Keto Program allows you to choose 5-21 meals per week with the option of adding snacks. We have meal delivery plans starting at $35.98 per day. Contact one of our dedicated coaches to recieve a consult and determine which meal plan (Classic 21 meals, Mini-Classic 15 meals, Starter Meal Plan10 meals or other) is best for you. *When tailoring a meal plan there is a min order of $24.99 per day.
