The AIP Plus Program is an option for clients who are athletes or serious about their training. These meals are still paleo however they are larger portion sizes and more calories per meal in to sustain a more intense fitness regimen. The plus program is subject to additional charges.
As you begin to adopt the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol, your choices of food will become focused on consuming the nutrients to support this healing - foods that provide everything your body need to stop attacking itself, repair damaged tissues and get healthy again.
- Autoimmune Paleolithic: aligns to the hunter gatherer philosophy but much stricter. There is still and high concentrations of lean meats, certain fresh fruits and vegetables and healthy oils (and avoids, grains, seeds, nuts, dairy, refined sugars and more...)
- Ingredients list:
- Protein: organic/grass feed, no hormones, antibiotics, nitrates or GMOs
- Fish: wild caught
- Produce: organic
- Portion sizes: fixed portions based on personal profile.
MEAL PLANS AND PRICING
The AIP Program allows you to choose 5-21 meals per week with the option of adding snacks. We have meal delivery plans starting at $35.98 per day. Contact one of our dedicated coaches to recieve a consult and determine which meal plan (Classic 21 meals, Mini-Classic 15 meals, Starter Meal Plan10 meals or other) is best for you. *When tailoring a meal plan there is a min order of $24.99 per day.
